Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the organizing team of the Milwaukee Beer & Brat Bash! We had a fabulous time on Tuesday, and it seems everyone at the bash had a great time too. Thanks for coming out on a rainy Tuesday!

We had over 200 guests at the Cedar Door, enjoying authentic Milwaukee Usinger bratwurst, cole slaw, potato salad, Miller High Life and Pabst Blue Ribbon beer and other friendly guests.

The Cedar Door was a great space and on the ball. We had intended to have the bash on the patio but rain changed those plans. Stephanie at the Cedar Door had a private room all ready to go and even let us use seats in the entire restaurant for the comfort of our guests.

i don't know about you, but we, the organizing team of the Milwaukee Beer & Brat Bash are SUPER excited about tomorrow! We have been completely blown away at the response from you! Thanks for tweeting, writing, inviting and spreading the word. Here's some last minute details for tomorrow:

• we do have limited amounts of bratwurst, so please arrive early
• there's also potato salad, cole slaw and cookies (also in limited quantities)
• Miller High Life & Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) beer will be free until our beer budget is met
• tea and soda during the party is free
• the rest is cash bar (in other words, bring some cash if you want to partake in the Cedar Door's wonderful margaritas and mexican martinis)
• background music will be provided by @pilots
• the Cedar Door is on 2nd and Brazos. that's two blocks away from the convention center. here's a map
• be sure to follow @MKEBeerBratBash on twitter for the latest updates tomorrow before the party. (we'll keep people updated on food, drinks, lines, and maybe even some special prizes!)
• the party starts at 12:30pm tomorrow

In case you haven't seen the official Milwaukee Beer and Brat Bash facebook event listing, we're blowin' up with awesome people planning to attend! If you are not one of those people, go do that now! But also remember: Brats, Beer and CAPACITY are limited, so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! We are upping our numbers of brats, and beer quota, but we still may run out (you have been duly warned).

Foursquare FlashMob / fundraiser at AJ Bombers!

Sunday, February 28 from 3-7pm

Please join us on SUNDAY FEBRUARY 28th from 3-7pm for a Foursquare FlashMob to help raise money for the Milwaukee Beer and Brat Bash party at SXSW! We wish that everyone in Milwaukee could attend the Milwaukee Beer and Brat Bash during the SXSW conference in Austin, TX, but that would get really expensive to fly everyone down there. So instead, join us at the party before the party! Help us raise the funds by bidding on some really exciting auction items!

And as an added bonus, if we succeed in forming the first ever Midwest foursquare flashmob, you can capture the coveted "swarm badge" on foursquare... and that's just plain cool.

Even if foursquare isn't your game... then just come to hang out with the coolest people in Milwaukee.
